Green Credit Card with Perks

This group is developing a new Energy Credit Card payment system. It is a regular credit, debit or prepaid card that will have money loaded into the card’s bank account by the local electric utility. It is also a discount card for energy related goods and services and encourages energy efficiency home improvements.
